Red and white wines of different cultivars benefit from being at the right temperature, meaning different storage spaces for spirits, sodas, beer, and wines. Standard beverage centers have temperature ranges from 42 to 34 degrees and can accommodate most family needs. Make sure all glass doors have anti-ultra violet tinting to keep those harmful rays away.  Other possibilities are dedicated dual wine storage centers. These offer precision storage of red and white wines separately, in compartments ranging from 45 to 55, and 55 to 62 respectively.
