DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION

Barry is a well traveled construction professional who brings a wealth of construction knowledge and organisational skills to the Case Construction Management Team.

Barry began life in construction as a trade apprentice and worked his way through the ranks to senior management positions.

With experience at all levels, he has a clear understanding of the problems and solutions required to achieve a successful project. He is passionate about the process: starting at the planning stage, he works with the design team to ensure accurate project costs are analyzed, a competitive estimate is created, and clients receive the highest quality projects on time and within budget.

WILLIAM

PROJECT MANAGER

William has built his career from the ground up.  He started at the bottom as a carpenters helper with his father.  Eventuality signed on as apprentice carpenter with the Carpenters Union of North America, learning and developing through the years with the help of some extremely talented Red Seal Carpenters and Supervisors.

Will was constantly looking for the education advantage and quickly moved through the ranks; a Red-seal Carpenter, a Crew leader, and eventually a Commercial Supervisor.  After four years of commercial Supervision he opted for further education and attended the NSCC to acquired his diploma in Construction Management Technology.

Will currently has three years of Construction Management experience, two of which have been with Archadeck and Case Design of Nova Scotia. He is working on a CET designation (Certified Engineering Technologist) and his Gold Seal in Project Management. Will has spent over 20 Years in the construction industry and is looking forward to many more.

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR

Lauren strives to make our Case clients happy by coordinating materials and labor to construction projects, working closely with the construction manager to ensure projects move smoothly and meet deadlines. Lauren’s knowledge in architectural design, time management and the desire to learn and grow, continues to be an asset to the team. No matter the task, she is always doing her best to proactively problem solve and guarantee project managers have one less thing to worry about.

JR. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RSE

With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Jordon has worked his way up from apprentice to Jr. construction manager with goals to become a construction manager.

Jordon received his Carpentry Red Seal in Newfoundland in 2016 and is completing his Blue Seal for Business. Jordon’s attention to detail and friendly nature is the perfect mix when working with clients to ensure they have a quality experience with Case Design every step of the way.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Matt joins the Archadeck team with over 14 years of project management experience in the restoration industry in both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Matt is a delight to work with, bringing excellent problem solving skills to projects – minimizing any surprises that a project may bring. Matt’s knowledge, attention to detail and disposition ensure that projects run smoothly from start to finish.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

In three words, Stuart is a creative, passionate, and knowledgeable team member. He has over 15 years in the construction industry, with a wide range of experience and education, including landscaping, painting, plumbing, welding, electrical, HVAC, and most extensively, carpentry.

His enthusiasm for building allows him to stay current in new technology and construction methods. Stuart has knowledge and experience in every aspect of building, from excavation to trim. His field experience in custom home building, light commercial construction, and renovation gives Stuart unique insight when approaching projects.

His dedication to his field and his eye for quality has allowed Stuart to progress rapidly in the industry. Stuart’s extensive experience, professional qualities, and technical capabilities make him a great asset to your project.
