This condo was once a second home for the condo owners, their goal of this renovation was to make this their primary home. It is now a modern, elegant, and welcoming home for this professional Halifax couple. The original condo was in need of new flooring throughout, pull and replace bathrooms, complete remodel of the kitchen, electrical upgrades along with updated interior doors and trim throughout.
We took on this condominium renovation with the goal to explore alternative layouts followed by detailed product design and selection. We designed and renovated a new kitchen, living room, foyer, main bathroom, ensuite bathroom, and upgraded bedroom features.
The kitchen renovation includes a mirror splash, peninsula, and a new view of the living space where a wall was removed to make a more open living concept.
