These Dartmouth homeowners were looking to remodel their kitchen and include a larger island with more space to house appliances. New backslash was to be chosen and a pot filler to be located near the stove. They wanted to incorporate a wall oven/ range combo and add a larger fridge and sink, as well as adding a small prep sink in island. They asked the microwave we placed in the island and to incorporate a place for a wine fridge and/or preparation fridge. They requested to create place at island for two stool sitting area. We designed a variety of options and selected the special requested items to bring this kitchen dream to a reality for the homeowner.
We were able to renovate the kitchen keeping the same layout for the kitchen appliances and island to continue to allow the original flow between the kitchen, dining room, and living space for the homeowners.
This modern kitchen renovation included the supply and install of new cabinetry, island, island cabinets, cabinets doors with areas of mullion glass, pot lights inside glass door cabinets, quartz countertop, and porcelain back splash, framed custom accent back splash tiles, pot filler, apron sink and faucet, cabinet hardware, ceiling pot lights in kitchen and living and three pendants over island. The kitchen cabinets included a wall cabinet with mullion glass doors counter to ceiling height, with cabinets to ceiling crown molding and shaker door and drawer fronts.
