Renovating within a condo presented unique logistical challenges, including coordinating water shut-off times with the condo board and adhering to strict schedules. The need to maintain access to plumbing in the ceiling required a creative solution. By adjusting the depth of an upper cabinet to create an appliance barn on the left side of the fridge, we ensured accessibility without compromising the desired ceiling-height cabinet installation. The corner cabinet presented another challenge.
