These downtown Dartmouth clients were ready to update their downtown Dartmouth condo and bring it into the 21st century. We began by creating a master plan that remodeled everything from the ceiling to the floors throughout the entire home.
We mixed both homeowners design styles to form an open and unified space. The classic coffered ceilings and warm hardwood floors throughout the home fuse seamlessly with the contemporary 4 foot floating fireplace and the stainless steel accents in the open kitchen.
The guest and master bathrooms were refitted with floating vanities and mosaic tile details. The master shower has a built-in bench, complete with rain and hand-held shower heads. The closets and laundry room received custom storage systems and beautiful frosted-glass sliding barn-style doors.
